Yesterday’s Sky

we were under a tornado watch until 8:00 p.m. last evening so I would have been worried about this if the rest of the sky hadn’t been so sunshiny and blue.

It came from out of the southwest, where tornados usually come from around here and it appeared to be rotating.

Moving very rapidly, it passed directly overhead and …

As it moved into the eastern sky …

It became elongated, horizontal thread, finally disappearing over the eastern horizon.

And after the front passed through, we were treated to another Brilliant Spring Sunset …

Leaving me once again in awe of God’s Creation and thankful for yet another opportunity to appreciate His Majesty.
